AbilitiCBT is a program designed to help deal with mental health concerns. It is an internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) program that you can access from any device, any time.
The AbilitiCBT offering includes a special program to help you address any kind of anxiety symptoms related to the stimulating aspects of the pandemic, including uncertainty, isolation, stress management, and more. The program includes a 5-7-minute assessment which then prompts an assigned therapist to reach out soon after and help provide guidance. Typically, this program costs $500 per year, however due to COVID-19 it is covered under the Group Benefits Solution Plan.

Plan members who get their drugs filled at Costco are able to receive an additional 10% coinsurance than what their current plan offer is, along with Costco’s industry low dispensing fee of $3.99. Additionally, members have the option to receive prescriptions by mail. This results in approximately 10-20% in cost savings.
